We recently stayed at this hotel, and we were blown away by the beautiful surroundings and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The front reception team was friendly and helpful, and our room was lovely and spotlessly clean. We were even surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine and nuts after a concert. The breakfast was delicious, and the morning staff was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the serene and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the bar staff seemed new and untrained, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The drinks at the main bar could have been presented better considering the high price.

Comfortable double beds, stunning grounds, relaxing restaurant with sunset view, great size and clean pool, friendly and helpful staff.

The place was exceptionally clean and wonderful relaxing, had attentive staff who go out of their way with their excellent service.

The hotel is located in a lovely area with pretty grounds, perfect for a relaxing stay. The restaurant offers a variety of options and the breakfast has a great choice. The staff are generally polite and helpful, providing quick and seamless check-in/check-out. The rooms are comfortable, with a comfy bed and some rooms offer lovely views.

Some areas of the hotel are quite 'tired' looking and there seemed to be a shortage of waiting staff in the bar and restaurant.

It was reasonably priced. Outstanding staff and location, we enjoyed this hip new hotel. The staff were with the previous receptionist and ready to render a friendly check-in.

Its breakfast could be included.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in a beautiful area with charming grounds was perfect for us. The hotel offered a range of amenities including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and massage services. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, going out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. We were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as an electric kettle, television, and comfortable bed. The dining options were also top-notch, with a delicious breakfast buffet featuring a wide selection of pastries, cereals, and cooked dishes. this place exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be recommending it to friends.

Everything was great, including perfect staff and fab location for attractions such as Cadbury World. Ideal and immaculate units with twin beds. Speedy check in and fantastic service overall.

The hotel is a relaxing one, it offers well organised breakfasts and UNBEATABLE location very close to the airport for the Irish & Scottish attendees. Brilliant and accommodating staff and excellent service.

The rooms were brand-new and the full cooked breakfast was complimentary! A really nice stay.

Scenic surroundings, large and comfortable room with good facilities. Clean pool changing rooms with plenty of lockers and hair dryers. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Beautiful dinner wine.
